Refund and Claim Policies
- Minimum partial amount of the booking is non-refundable which is paid through Nestoba.
- The remaining amount will be paid at the property during check-in by customer.
- Payment at check-in implies satisfaction with the property's facilities and services; no claims will be entertained post-check-in.
- If unsatisfied, submit proofs to Nestoba before check-in for alternate arrangements.
- A ₹10,000 penalty will be deducted from the property's security deposit and will be considered as a breach of agreement.
