How do I know my booking is confirmed?

 

Once you complete the checkout process, you will receive a confirmation email and a push notification immediately. You can also find your digital voucher under the "My Trips" section of the app.

Can I book a room for someone else?

 

Yes! During the booking process, simply check the box that says "Booking for someone else" and enter their full name as it appears on their ID.

Are taxes and fees included in the price?

 

We aim for transparency. The price shown on the search results page usually includes base taxes, but some locations (like Las Vegas or Maldives) may charge a mandatory "Resort Fee" or "City Tax" directly at the property. Always check the "Price Breakdown" before paying.

What payment methods do you accept?

 

We accept all major credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. In select regions, we also offer "Book Now, Pay Later" options.

How do refunds work for cancellations?

 

Refund eligibility depends on the specific room policy (e.g., "Non-refundable" vs. "Free Cancellation"). If you are eligible, the refund is typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Why was I charged a small amount ($1) upon adding my card?

 

This is a temporary authorization hold used to verify that your card is active. It will disappear from your statement automatically within a few days.
